HIS OWN Gospel Music Ministry

Over 20 years ago, HIS OWN began singing Southern Gospel music in the Blount County area. Although the names and faces may have changed over the years, one thing remains the same; the desire to spread the news of Jesus through song and see hearts and lives changed.

After retiring back in the summer of 2008, the group is now back together touring on a limited basis with their new tenor singer, Amanda Cotten.  On Sundays, you will find each member actively involved in the worship time of their respective churches. At Calvary Baptist, Bobby Nick serves as Worship Pastor, Amanda sings in the Praise Team and Mark plays drums in the orchestra. Davy is the Music Director at Springview Baptist Church in Maryville.
